Social Compliance Audit:

 

Conducted and faced social compliance audits for major brands in leather and garment field in different parts of Tamil nadu. (Timberland, Walmart, Payless, Tchibo, Tommy joy, Colombia sports wear, Levis, Tommy Hilfiger, La Sanza, ToyJoy,GAP Inc. and Cutter & Buck).

2       Training & development

-   Organizing training internal/external programs based on the training need analysis

-   Collating feedback on the training programs conducted & incorporating improvements for enhancement of the training modules.

Remediation Programs

Conducted various remediation programs for licensees of various buyers. Developed and practiced the following stages of the remediation program:

4      Facilitation on modifying/ developing systems for personnel & HRD

5      Designing need based training modules  

6      Conducting relevant sensitization sessions for Middle Management and workers.

Feb 2007 – Till date as Compliance cum Process auditor with Farida group of companies and facilitating the factories with the code of code of reputed brands such as Timber land, Wal-Mart, Payless, Tchibo, Mark & Spencer etc.

 

April 2003 –  Jan 31st as a consultant on compliance (Social) audit for major brands in different parts of India. (Tommy joy, Colombia sports wear, Levis, Tommy Hilfiger, La Sanza, Toy Joy, GAP Inc. and Cutter & Buck).

Coordinating the activities in the project “Strengthening Sustainable Micro Enterprises”, (SSME). Organising Entrepreneurship development programme (EDP), Micro Enterprises Management & Development (MEM&D) and Capacity building programms.  Field visit to the Partner organisations for Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation. Consolidation the reports of partner organizations & regular reporting to the Donors and the Trainers.
