Ø      M.B.A. (Masters’ in Business Administration), GBRD college affiliated to Andhra University   2001-03, A.P and the specialization is in Marketing management.

 

Ø      B-Sc (Bachelor of Science) from Bapatla college of Arts & science, Bapatla, affiliated to Nagarjuna University 1997-2000 and the specialization is in chemistry.

 

AREA OF PROFESSIONAL INTEREST:

 

Areas of interest are monitoring and evaluation, promotional activities, Finance, Marketing, especially the issues related to Health, Policy and Advocacy, Formulation of Project Proposals, optimum Resource utilization

Ø      Worked for SAI phenyls and perfumes as marketing executive and marketing manager

 

Ø      Worked for Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance company as insurance care consultant & Team leader (team size is 15)

 

Ø      Working for population services International form 03/01/2005 to till date. as communication training specialist.

 

Job Responsibilities: -

 

v      Interacting with MBBS doctors.  And train the MBBS doctors on Syndromic Case Management (SCM) franchise them into the brand key clinics and timely monitoring and Evaluating time to time to achieve quality standards to reach organization goals by giving support visits on fortnight basis.

 

v      Commitment to deliver quality work by self, team, and members.

 

v      Prepare the estimations for the Training programme and submit the expenditure to state office.

v      Ensuring the quality in trainings by delivering the sessions to train doctors on Protocols of SCM.

 

v      Preparation of the presentations for the staff to update them on sexually transmitted infections & HIV/AIDS

 

v      Laisoning with  local NGO’s   to maintain good relations with other NGO’s for  mutual co-operation.

SHORT TERM PROJECTS

 

Associated as a team leader in a study conducted by ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE ROAD NO.1 BANJARA HILLS HYDERA BAD. To identify the clients and profiles with sample size of 200.which is essential for insurance company.

 

TRAININGS RESEARCH STUDIES

      

Ø      Attended training programme for Insurance consultants to achieve maximum business

 

Ø      Participated in an Off- Campus training programme of management simulation organized by All India Management Association (AIMA), PUNE at GITAM, Rishi konda, VIZAG.

 

Ø      Participated in a workshop of spoorthi management meet conducted by Sir C.R.Reddy College, Eluru won the title of “Young manager”

 

ORGANISATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

 

v      Attended highest  number of trainings to train the key clinic doctors in AP in the districts GUNTUR,KRISHNA,WEST-GODAVARI,EAST-GODAVARI, WARANGAL, KHAMMAM, KADAPA & PRAKASHAM

 

v      Arranged training with in 6 days after a training  in that training 8 out of 10 franchised in to key clinic network(KCN)

 

v      Maintaining good rapport with doctors as trainer no controversies till date in any issue

 

v      Supporting immediate supervisor and helping him in the management issues at district level.

 

v      Reporting to state office and to immediate boss timely without fail.

 

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Ø      “C” Certificate N.C.C. (National Cadet Corps) ARMY WING. Attended national level                  national integration  camp in Raj gir,BIHAR
